Our Virginia-based company is owned and operated by individuals who, combined, have more than 40 years of retail, trading, and international business experience. We work with a network of artisans and workshops in Turkey to bring you the highest quality design, workmanship, and materials. We are committed to providing excellent and unique items that will bring you years of enjoyment.
Bizim Collection is located in the heart of historic Old Town Alexandria. The address is 1219 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. We are located five blocks from the King Street Metro station (Blue and Yellow lines).

Our exotic collection of Kilim Bags and accessories are cut from beautiful kilims and fine leather. Accessory items include: wallets, makeup kits, shaving kits, shoes, boots, slippers, hold-alls, shoulder bags, briefcases, duffle bags, back-packs, and waist-packs. Also available are a line of distinctive furniture using hand-made kilims and carpets. Footstools, benches and chairs are just some of the items in this line.
Hand-painted ceramics are from Kütahya, a town in Central Turkey famous for centuries for excellent ceramic tiles, plates, and other household items.
Other product lines continue to be introduced, including: table cloths and bedspreads, throws, pillow covers, lamps, paneled tiles and other home furnishings.
Bizim Collection is a family-owned business that started in July 2001. Our early product lines included travel items, so we focused initially on transportation centers, such as Union Station, Dulles Airport, and National Airport. Recently, we had the opportunity to locate temporarily in Pentagon City Mall, before moving to our new, long-term home on King Street in Alexandria. We have also appeared at various trade shows and outdoor markets, including the Capitol Hill Market (Eastern Market) on Saturdays, and special events, such as the Christmas Collection and the Silk Road Festival in Washington, DC.
